Why a pay day loan must be more than minimalist the above just about sums up the entire payday loan industry, but there is much more to it. Like everything else, there is more to payday loans than you could ever imagine, and the Punks are all about imagination and making stuff of that actually turns out to be correct. Go figure: like did you know that a pay day loan really isn't considered a loan at all in the bureaucratic circles, man? Its a total sham! They call it a loan, but technically it is a pay day advance, meaning mister man over there doesn't fall under the laws and regulations of traditional lenders! There advances fall under regulations supporting "insufficient funds" programs, so they aren't regulated in the same way as loans and can charge whatever they damn well please. Also, if you neglect repayment of your pay day loan, you cannot go to jail. Lenders will try to tell you and scare you into believing that you can,. but the Punks know, we've been to jail and no one has ever gone to jail for not being able to repay their pay day loan. but what lenders can do is employ your local district attorney - the head honcho themselves - to act as their collection agency, yet another perk of falling under "insufficient funds" regulation. Clearly the industry is rigged man, rigged! And the faster the man can get his point across and convince you that you need a pay day loan, the faster you'll be to come to them for their assistance, and the slower you'll be to pick up on the facts.
